  • Physical Impairment

  • Visual Impairment

  • Intellectual Impairment

We also access regional Specialist Advisory Visiting Teachers in the above categories.

We offer an inclusive setting within a framework of a combination of year level in-class support and small group specialist programs in:

  • Curriculum adjustment support

  • Literacy

  • Numeracy

  • Gross motor skills

  • Social skills

  • Life skills

Each student operates with a negotiated Individual Education Plan and a variety of assessment reporting formats.

Our focus is on inclusion, teamwork and open and frequent communication with families, students, class teachers, Guidance Officer, administration and SEP staff.

The whole of the Currimundi State School team strives to optimize the learning outcomes for each individual child.
