Excursion Communication and Deadlines
We are transitioning to digital permission notes this year. If you are the parent/carer of a high school student you will no doubt already be familiar with this paperless system. Digital permission notes are sent straight to your email and can be filled out online on your mobile phone or any other device.
During this transition period for each excursion/incursion/event that your child is offered you will receive a digital Student Consent form and a hardcopy of an updated excursion note. At this stage either form can be completed to ensure your child can attend the extra-curricular activity.
Our school takes great pride in the quality and variety of our extra-curricular curriculum enhancing activities we offer each year. Significant time is required to organise payments, coordinate timetables, create first aid rolls, excursion rolls and more for each of these events. Each activity has a clearly identified due date for payment and permission to be finalised. It is essential if your child is to attend that payment and permissions are finalised by this due date as no payments will be accepted after the due date. Payment plans are always on offer and must be organised prior to the due date.
