One of the things I have particularly enjoyed this term has been seeing our Year 05 Aspirant Leaders begin to find their place within our school community. They have embraced opportunities to volunteer within their portfolio areas, lend a hand in our tuckshop and help serve at Breakfast Club. It has been wonderful to see them stepping forward, showing initiative and learning that leadership is about helping others, getting involved and making a positive difference.
With that in mind, applications for our 2027 Year 06 Student Leadership positions are now open. This is an exciting opportunity for our Year 05 students to put themselves forward and take the next step in their leadership journey. I encourage students who are interested to have a go. Leadership can look different in everyone, and sometimes the first step is simply having the confidence to put your hand up.
