It was a pleasure to acknowledge our Year 05 Aspirant Leaders at Monday's Senior Parade. We were thrilled by the overwhelming level of interest shown by our Year 5 students, with so many eager to take on a leadership role within our school.
Our Aspirant Leaders will now work alongside our Year 6 Student Leaders in one of our four portfolio areas—Community, Innovation, Sports or The Arts. This initiative provides students with authentic opportunities to develop their leadership skills, contribute to our school community and learn from our current student leaders as they prepare to step into leadership roles themselves next year.
Due to the overwhelming interest, we will also welcome additional Year 5 students into the program throughout the term, ensuring even more students have the opportunity to participate, develop their leadership skills and make a positive contribution to our school community.
