The Curra Dads Group aims to promote positive fathering behaviours and strengthen fathers’ engagement with their children. The group supports dads and father figures to build strong, healthy and connected relationships with their kids.
- Encouraging positive role modelling and respectful relationships
- Building strong communication between fathers and children
- Supporting dads to be actively involved in school and community life
- Promoting children’s wellbeing through engaged fathering
- Providing opportunities for dads to network and socialise with other Curra dads
The group will provide hassle-free, enjoyable activities and events one each term that allow dads and father figures, and kids to connect.
